• UK rail franchises, in relation to both new and existing rolling stock.

Following careful analysis of the evaluation criteria and identification of the inherent risks, we utilise our expertise and experience to assist clients in formulating viable tender responses.

When a client’s bid is successful, TCL then typically assists in final negotiations and execution of contracts.
